The Art of Aging - OLLI-CSUF Medical Series at the Elks Club

Event Description:

James Hardeman, M.D. will discuss methods of maintaining good health during the aging process. Hardeman is a pulmonologist and intensive care specialist at St. Jude Medical Center. He is the author of "How to Appear Younger Than Your Stated Age." He will focus on diet, exercise, mental health and other methods of staying younger.This program is co-sponsored by Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at CSUF, the Fullerton Elks Club and the Golden Hearts of St. Jude Medical Center.
